The spam protection graphic (CAPTCHA) displayed during the registration process is difficult, so registration is not possible.
If fraudulent Hatena registrations are detected from your location, we may require some additional steps to ensure that the information you provide is valid. If creation of additional Hatena accounts is required at your location for some reason, please contact Hatena Customer Support by clicking on the support link at the bottom of this page and we will do our best to assist you.
